How to create Dial Up Connection
To create a dial up connection, all you need to do is go to Start Up select Settings and choose Network . Click on Dial Up Connection.

A dialog will appear as shown above. Then click on Make New Connection. Another dialog box will appear as illustrated below:

Here you need to key in your area code (if it is applicable) and number. Click Ok to continue. If you have not setup your modem, then Connection Wizard will appear and configure your modem step by step.
