What is Dynamic and Static volume
Windows 2000 support 2 types of disk volume. Dynamic and Static volume.
Static volume is a storage used to hold basic storage. It can be a primary partition or extended partition or logical drive.
Dynamic volumes allows future management of the disk storage without the need to restart Windows 2000 operating system.
